单数和复数都可以，none指人时，谓语可用复数，也可以用单数，none指物时，谓语用单数。none，作代词时意为“没有人，一个也没有，没有任何东西”，作形容词时意为“没有的，一点没有的”，作副词时意为“一点也不；决不，不怎么，绝不”。

none和no one都是否定的。都只用在肯定句中，如：
None of them know me.他们都不认识我。
None of them don't know me.为错误。要说成：Each of them knows me.
