中国政府以新能源和可再生能源的又一次强音

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao addresses the science and technology community in Beijing， capital of China， Nov． 3， 2009． Wen Jiabao Tuesday underscored the role of science and technology in promoting the country's sustainable development and weathering the global downturn．
Regarding the energy industry， he expressed the focus of the government which implies the huge opportunities and broad blue print for the foreign investors． The main points regarding the new energy and renewable energy are as the following：
Pay more attention to the development of new energy industry
innovate and develop the renewable energy， energy－saving and emission reduction， clean coal and nuclear technologies
strongly push energy saving and environmental protection and resource recycle
Escalate the industrial， construction and communications system with the main feature of low carbon emission．
China should manage to be the top in the new energy autos around the world and decide the technology road map and marketing encouraging measures for the new energy auto industry， which can facilitate the overstepping development of auto industry in China．
