形成性考核占课程总成绩的30%, “英语口语”课程形成性考核要求应按照《形成性考核及学习档案》的要求执行。
2. 终结性考试
本课程的考试按教学大纲的要求进行。终结性考试即期末考试,占课程总成绩的70%。
考试内容包括大纲规定掌握的英语交际功能和话题。
“英语口语(2)”口试涉及的语言功能和交际话题见下表。

英语口语(2)考核说明
口试分三部分。 第一部分为朗读短文并回答就短文提出的问题; 第二部分就学生熟悉的话题作2 分钟左右的连贯发言;第三部分为与主考教师就日常生活中的一般情景进行交谈。
Part 1:朗读短文/回答问题
朗读一篇约150-200词的短文,主要考核学生发音的清晰度、准确度、连读、重读、节奏、语调运用的恰当程度。然后主考老师根据短文内容提出3-4个问题要求考生回答,主要考核学生对阅读材料的理解及表述能力。

Adult Education
* In some Western countries, there are many opportunities for adults who want to improve their lives. There are public schools you can attend. In the schools, you can attend many classes. You may learn practical skills. You may want to learn to type, sew, paint, or fix TV sets. You may want to learn more about trade you are in. You may want to learn a new trade. You may want to get a high school diploma. You may even want to go to college. All it takes is time and effort.*
In many cities, there are adult classes in the public schools. You can attend many of these classes without having to pay money. In some schools you may have to pay a small fee. There are also many kinds of private schools for adults.
In addition to schools, many industries and unions conduct on-the-job training programs. In these programs you hear about new ideas and learn new skills. Many large companies will send an employee to school if he or she has ability.
Section B Ask the student the following questions.

Mr Johnson was at the airport waiting in line to check in his luggage. The airport was very crowded as it was the holiday season. Everyone seemed to be in a hurry. Just at this moment a group of teenagers rushed up. They were laughing and shouting and pushing. They pushed into the waiting line, ignoring the shocked looks on the other passengers’ faces.
* Mr Johnson was very angry. Not that he was in a hurry to check in but he just couldn’t put up with such bad public behaviour. He and the other passengers had been waiting for a long time. He went up to the young people and very politely asked them to move down to the end of the line and wait their turn. The teenagers quickly moved away feeling very embarrassed. They could feel the looks of disapproval from the waiting line.*
Section B Ask the student the following questions.

Part2: 连贯发言

· Express surprise on hearing your teacher. Offer help.
· Answer B’s questions and give directions, using the actual location of your City/ hometown. Begin from the railway station/ bus terminal.
· Leave home/mobile phone number; wish B good luck.
